If a sales channel becomes disconnected from Sellbrite, you can usually reconnect it in just a few steps.

Reconnecting a disconnected sales channel

Go to <a href="https://app.sellbrite.com/settings/channels" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Settings &gt; Sales Channel Integrations</a>.

Select the channel that has been disconnected.

1. Go to <a href="https://app.sellbrite.com/settings/channels" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Settings &gt; Sales Channel Integrations</a>.
2. Select the channel that has been disconnected.
3. Select <b>Reconnect</b>.

If reconnecting doesn't work, you may need to take some additional steps depending on the channel. Select your channel below for specific reconnection instructions:
