Merchants who store inventory across different locations can create multiple warehouses in Sellbrite. This allows you to accurately reflect and manage the inventory stored in each physical location, helping you keep track of stock levels.
Adding a Warehouse Location
To add a warehouse location, go to Settings > Warehouse Locations, and click 'Add Location.'
You can edit the name and address of the new location. However, you're not actually receiving inventory quantities to the warehouse yet. Only the location is being created in this step. If you need to move inventory to this warehouse, check out this article to learn how.
NOTE: It is not possible to manually add an FBA warehouse location. Learn how to enable your FBA account for this purpose here.
Managing Warehouse Locations Per Channel
As soon as you add a new warehouse, it will immediately become 'Active' as fulfillment location on all sales channels. If you don't want your new warehouse location to be active for a certain sales channel, you will need to disable it for that channel. To do this, head to Settings > Sales Channel Integrations and select the channel.
Scroll down to the 'Warehouse Locations' section to drag and drop the warehouse into the 'Disabled Warehouses' column
You can also sort the order of your active warehouses by dragging and dropping them into place. When a new order is received, Sellbrite will check for available inventory for the item ordered in the first warehouse in the list and will move down the list until it finds a warehouse with enough available inventory to fulfill the order.
