1. Invalid UPC Code
This error will be displayed if Jet sees a UPC that is in the wrong format (wrong number of digits), or if the UPC field has content like "Does Not Apply."
To fix: Confirm that you have the correct UPC for your product in the listing UPC field, and republish the listing.
2. You must supply either an ASIN...
This error will be displayed if you do not have a product identifier in your Jet listing other than SKU. Jet requires a SKU, plus 1 additional product identifier.
To fix: Add an ASIN, GTIN, ISBN, EAN, or UPC to your Jet listing, and republish the listing.
3. Minimum value is 0.0M. Path: /msrp
This error will be displayed if you do not have content in the MSRP field of your Jet listing. Similar variations of this error may occur if you are missing additional data.
To fix: Add a value into the MSRP field of your Jet listing, and republish the listing.
4. 504 Gateway Timeout
This error will be displayed if you publish a listing to Jet, and there is a server delay on their end that prevents data from transmitting in a timely fashion.
To fix: Wait about 15 minutes and republish the listing. It is best to publish listings with this error one at a time, that way you will be sure not to overwhelm the target server.
5. Timed out connecting to server
This error will be displayed if you attempt to publish a listing to Jet, but their server takes too long to accept the listing. It is very similar to the 504 Gateway Timeout error above.
To fix: Wait 15 minutes and republish the listing. It is best to publish listings with this error one at a time, that way you will be sure not to overwhelm the target server.
6. 429 Too Many Requests
This error will be displayed if you attempt to publish too many listings to Jet at the same time. This can occur if you publish 100 listings to Jet, then immediately publish 100 more.
To fix: Republish your listings with these errors in small batches (ideally one at a time).
7. 400 Bad Request
This error will be displayed if you have entered connection credentials that Jet.com does not recognize.
To fix: Double-check that you have the correct Jet API User key and Jet API Secret key to connect your Sellbrite account to your Jet.com account.
