AutoMCF to Sellbrite Transition - Part 2

These are the steps to setup your new Sellbrite account and transition from AutoMCF

Once you have completed the steps in Part 1 and your FBA inventory is fully imported, follow the steps below in order to seamlessly transition from AutoMCF


 

1) Pause your AutoMCF service

  1. Login to your AutoMCF account: https://www.automcf.com/login/
  2. Click the Settings tab
  3. Click the green Active button to pause your account
  4. Your account should look like this:

2) In Sellbrite, add your other marketplace accounts (eBay, Rakuten, etc.)

  1. Click on the Settings tab (if not already there)
  2. Click on the Sales Channel Integrations link on the left
  3. Select one of the other available sales channels, such as eBay, Rakuten, Sears or Newegg from the list on the left and then follow the instructions on the right to connect your account.
  4. Repeat Step 3 for all of your marketplace accounts that you have connected to AutoMCF

3) Import your marketplace listings

  1. Login to your Sellbrite account: https://app.sellbrite.com
  2. Click on the Settings tab (gear icon)
  3. Click on the Import Data link on the left
  4. Under the Listings section, click one of the logos for the other marketplaces you added (not Amazon), such as eBay, Rakuten, Sears or Newegg

  5. On the Import page, choose "No" for the first option to automatically build products (this would only be used if we were using your eBay listings to build your inventory in Sellbrite, instead of using FBA). 
  6. The second option varies by channel, but most commonly you will want to choose "No" to import ended/inactive listings (although the choice is yours).
  7. Then click Begin Import.
  8. Repeat Steps 4-7 for each of your marketplace accounts (except Amazon)

4) Enable Inventory Sync and Auto-Fulfillment

  1. Click on the Settings tab (if not already there)
  2. Click on the Sales Channel Integrations link on the left
  3. On one of the sales channels that you have connected (except Amazon), click the Edit button
  4. Find the Inventory Sync option and click the toggle to enable this option (a confirmation window will also appear)
  5. Scroll down to find the FBA Auto-Fulfillment option and click the toggle to enable this option
  6. Confirm the pre-selected FBA Ship Speed Mapping for the shipping methods offered on your sales channel (note: the shipping methods will only be pre-populated for eBay. For other channels, the list will be populated as you receive new orders)

5) Add your Payment Info

  1. Click on the Settings tab (if not already there)
  2. Click on the Payment Info link on the left
  3. Enter your payment information and click Submit

This concludes the second part of the setup of your Sellbrite account. Once any orders that are still processing in AutoMCF have completed, you can cancel your AutoMCF account permanently.
