This article will provide you with a brief overview of how Sellbrite integrates with Etsy.

Import existing listings from Etsy

Import your existing listings from Etsy so they can be managed moving forward from your Sellbrite account and to establish a link from Sellbrite to Etsy.

Create new Etsy listings from Sellbrite

New Etsy listings can be created from Sellbrite. Simply select the product or products you want to list, click the Create Listings button, choose Etsy and follow the steps to create your listings.

Edit Etsy listings from Sellbrite

Sellbrite helps you manage your live sales channel listings. Listings can be accessed from directly within Sellbrite, allowing you to make the changes or updates necessary without ever having log back into your sales channels directly.

Manage Inventory from Sellbrite

Inventory sync is one of the most powerful features in Sellbrite. Once activated, Sellbrite updates your listings every 15 minutes with the available inventory of the products the listings are linked to. 

Import orders from Etsy

Sellbrite pulls Orders from Etsy and any other connected channels, primarily for inventory and reporting purposes, as well as some functionality for Fulfillment of those orders.

Update orders with tracking information from Sellbrite

Sellbrite allows you to add a shipment directly to your orders, and pushes the information back to Etsy and out to your customer.

Q: Does Sellbrite support Etsy's new Inventory Management functionality for variations?

A: Yes! Sellbrite is one of the only systems that offers variation inventory management. Any variations that run out of stock will automatically be removed from a listing.


Q: Will Sellbrite generate SKUs for my products from Etsy?

A: Yes, but only if you choose to automatically build products in Sellbrite from your Etsy listings. Remember that Etsy does not have any concept of a SKU, so automatically building products in Sellbrite from Etsy will auto-generate SKUs. Show me more


Q: If I update my listings in Etsy (change name, description, etc.) will that update my products in Sellbrite and my listings on my sales channels.

A: No. Similar to inventory sync, product updates or changes should be made in Sellbrite first, then you can update your linked listings accordingly.


Q: Why do my variations look different on Etsy?

A: When listing your variation items on Etsy, Sellbrite combines the different variation fields into one custom variant per SKU. Show me more


Q: Why are my canceled orders not updating in Sellbrite?

A: Etsy does not send canceled order updates to third party systems like Sellbrite. If you have a canceled order and need to update its status in Sellbrite, you can simply use the 'Mark as Canceled' button within the Order Details page in Sellbrite, and any reserved inventory will be returned to your Available total.
