How is Inventory adjusted based on Orders?

Once an order is imported and marked paid, Sellbrite will allocate/reserve a unit of inventory for the order and remove a unit from your total available. Your other listings will then be adjusted based on the new available quantity.

Once the order is marked shipped, Sellbrite will remove the unit from allocation permanently.

If an order is canceled, but hasn't yet been shipped, Sellbrite will de-allocate the unit and add it back to your available total.
