This article will teach you how to disassociate your parent/child SKUs, so that you can create single item listings
Sellers often import variation listings into their Sellbrite account looking to relist them across new channels as stand-alone listings. This requires you to disassociate your child SKUs from their parents, which can be done using the Product CSV. The process can seem complicated at first, but it's only 6 steps, so don't let it intimidate you.
NOTE: The columns used in the examples below will not be accurate if you've added custom attributes to your products. If you have not added custom attributes to your products, follow the steps below precisely.
1. Export Product CSV
Export your product CSV from Sellbrite by going to Settings > Export Data > Products > All Data
2. Copy data
Open your CSV and copy product descriptions, image URLs and any other desired product data into your variation rows. Without doing this, your products will not contain enough product data to make a listing.
3. Clear "parent sku" row
Remove the repeating parent SKU from column B.
4. Remove variation data
Delete the values from your variation columns. These should be columns AB, AC, AD, AE and AF. These columns contain variation attributes and values, which you no longer need.
5. Delete parent row
Scroll all the way to the right, over to column AS and input the word "DELETE" for all of your parent rows. This will completely remove your parent SKUs upon import.
6. Import your CSV
Reimport your product CSV by going to Settings > Import Data > Products > CSV File.
