Our free plan allows you to use the core features and functionality of Sellbrite at no charge.
Like all Sellbrite plans, our free plan has a monthly order limit. In addition, the free plan has limited access to some features, such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and API access, as well as slower sync frequencies for Inventory Sync, Price Sync, and order imports. You can stay on the free plan indefinitely if your monthly order count stays under the limit.
However, if your account exceeds the monthly order limit or you enable features not supported on the free plan, some pages and functionality on your account may become restricted. Automated tasks, such as inventory sync and order imports, will continue to function.
If you received an alert that you have exceeded your monthly order limit, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to regain full access to your account. You can always downgrade in the future if your order volume declines.
If you received an alert that you have a feature enabled that is not supported on the free plan, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to regain full access to your account. You may also choose to disable the feature if you wish to stay on the free plan.
