Sellbrite will not be able to sync inventory quantities to Shopify if you do not have your Shopify Locations mapped to a warehouse in Sellbrite. If your warehouses are not mapped, you will see a banner at the top of your screen notifying you of the issue.

The first thing you need to do is make sure that you have created at least one Location in your Shopify store. In Shopify, navigate to Settings > Locations. From this page, click "Add location."
After you have created a Shopify Location, head back to Sellbrite. Navigate to Settings > Sales Channel Integrations. Click on the gear icon for Shopify to get to your Shopify Channel Settings.
Scroll down to the "Multi-Location Mapping" section and click on the "Shopify Fulfillment Locations" dropdown to select a location.
Make sure that the location you are selection corresponds with the correct warehouse and that's it. You have successfully mapped a warehouse to a Shopify Location.
