If you have entered your Rakuten channel initially connects to Sellbrite, but suddenly disconnects hours later, this is likely an issue with the login credentials you entered. 

If you enter your Rakuten login credentials in the area below, Rakuten will appear connected: 


However, if you used your login credentials and not your FTP credentials, the channel will disconnect automatically at a later time. 

To ensure that your Rakuten channel stays connect, obtain a Rakuten FTP account by sending a request to the Rakuten Marketplace Seller Help team at MPIntegration@mail.rakuten.com.
