Sellbrite allows you to view the history of inventory changes for a product. To view your Transaction History, open a product page and click on the 'Inventory' tab. Click the 'Transaction History' button located within your Warehouse information.

Your Transaction History will display all completed orders for a product and any manual or automated adjustments made to its inventory. This is especially helpful if you need to do an inventory audit or confirm that you or a teammate have made any inventory adjustments.

Orders shown in your transaction history will display:

  • Date order was shipped (not the order date)

  • Source channel of the order

  • Order number

  • Quantity deducted

Manual adjustments will display:

  • Who made the quantity adjustment

  • Date the adjustment was made

  • Quantity deducted

NOTE: Until an order is completed, it will not appear in your Transaction History. When an order is placed, a product's quantity for that order will move into a 'Reserved' state, and won't be deducted until the order is marked as 'Shipped.'
