Yes!

You can add a SKU to your eBay listing in Sellbrite and click the "Save & Publish Changes" button on the top of the Edit Listing page.

Once published, your SKU will appear in the Custom Label field on eBay. You can see the Custom Label field when using Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro.
