Creating a new variation product
To create a variation product, navigate to Products > All Products, then click the 'Add Product' button located on the top-right corner of the page.
Make sure you check the 'Variations Present' box, then select which variation attributes you would like to add (Size, Color, etc.). You can also create your own variation attribute if the available options don't apply to your product.
Once you have added your variation attributes and values, click 'Generate Variations.' From here, you can enter your inventory quantities for each variation. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click 'Save Product.'
Adding Variations to a Single Product
Locate the product you would like to add variations to, then navigate to the 'Variations' tab within the product page. From here, click 'Add Variations.'
Select the variation attribute or create a new one. It's important to note that this will turn your current product into a variation, not a parent product. You will need to add a parent SKU and provide a value for the variation attribute you just added.
You can click the 'Add Variation' button to continue adding more variations to this product.
Click 'Save' when you are done.
