Adding Warehouse Locations

Sellbrite offers multiple warehouse locations for merchants who store their inventory in different physical locations. When shipping orders, the order items can be fulfilled from any of your warehouse locations, so long as there is inventory available in the warehouse.

To add a merchant-fulfilled warehouse location, go to Settings > Warehouse Locations, and click Add Location.

You can edit the name and address of the new location. However, you're not actually receiving inventory quantities to the warehouse yet. We're only creating the location in this step.

Assigning Warehouses Per Channel

As soon as you add a new warehouse, that warehouse becomes immediately Active as an inventory and fulfillment location on all sales channels. New orders will be "assigned" to one of the Active warehouses as the Ships From location of the order, and the inventory for the item ordered will be deducted from that warehouse.

To manage which warehouses are Active on each channel, go to the Channel Settings page of any of your Sales Channels and find the Warehouse Locations section. You will see your new warehouse on the bottom of the list.

You can sort the order of your warehouses here by dragging and dropping them into place. The order of the warehouses dictates the priority for fulfillment purposes. In other words, when a new order is received, Sellbrite will check for available inventory for the item ordered in the first warehouse in the list and will move down the list until it finds a warehouse with enough available inventory to fulfill the order. That warehouse is then "assigned" to the order as the Ships From location and inventory is adjusted in that warehouse.

To disable a warehouse from being used on a particular channel, simply drag it to the Disabled Warehouses section on the right.

FBA Auto-Fulfillment

This option will automatically send your orders to Fulfillment by Amazon within 20 minutes of the order importing into Sellbrite, so please make sure you read and understand these instructions before enabling this option.

If you use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to fulfill multi-channel orders, you can have Sellbrite automatically send your orders from any channel to FBA. To do this, go to the Channel Settings page for each channel you wish to have orders automatically fulfilled by FBA, and enable the FBA Auto-Fulfillment option.

Once this option is enabled, you can choose to only send orders to FBA if the entire order can be fulfilled, or allow partial shipments to be sent if only some of the items in the order can be fulfilled by FBA.

FBA Ship Speed Mapping

If you use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to fulfill multi-channel orders, you can map each channel's available shipping options to FBA's shipping speeds, so when orders import from this channel into Sellbrite, they can be sent to FBA with the correct shipping speed.

If you just enabled FBA, the FBA Ship Speed Mapping section will appear for each channel once you get new orders from the channel, except for eBay which appears immediately. Sellbrite builds the list of available shipping options for each channel from the shipping options that appear on new orders received, since only eBay offers the ability to download a full list of available shipping options.
