If you have followed the steps to integrate your WooCommerce account with Sellbrite here, but still see a "Disconnected" status, follow the steps below to confirm that your setup is complete.

Step 1: Log into your WooCommerce account.

Step 2: Click on "WooCommerce" in the left-side navigation menu:

Step 3
: Click on "Settings" (below WooCommerce):

Step 4
: Click on the "Advanced" tab at the top of the Settings page:

Step 5
: Click "REST API":

Step 6
: Check to see if your REST API permissions are set to "Read/Write." If they are not, see below. If your permissions are set to "Read/Write," skip to Step 9.

Step 7
: To change your WooCommerce account permissions to "Read/Write," click on View/Edit beneath your account Description. NOTE: The View/Edit options will appear when you hover over the Description name ("WoocommerceNifaoSellbrite" in the above description):

Step 8
: Navigate to the Permissions drop-down menu, and select "Read/Write":

Step 9
: Navigate back to your REST API Settings by selecting: WooCommerce --> Settings --> REST API. From here, check to see if your Consumer Key matches what is in Sellbrite:

In Sellbrite, click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard. Then, click "Sales Channel Integrations." Last, click the gear icon beside WooCommerce:

This will bring you to your WooCommerce settings. Find the "WooCommerce API Consumer Key" field, and make sure the last 7 digits of the Consumer Key in WooCommerce match the last 7 digits of the Consumer Key in Sellbrite:

NOTE
: If your Consumer Keys do not match between WooCommerce and Sellbrite, you will need to repeat the setup steps, here.

If your Consumer Keys match between WooCommerce and Sellbrite, continue to Step 10.

Step 10
: Click "Legacy REST API":

Step 11
: Confirm that the "Enable Legacy REST API" box is checked. If it is not, check it:

After completing the above steps, your WooCommerce channel should be connected to Sellbrite! If you have additional questions, reach out to us by submitting a support ticket (use the purple icon in the lower right hand corner while logged in to Sellbrite).
