Quick Navigation

The Sellbrite Dashboard gives you an overall look at your channels, listings, orders, and more. Go here to see what needs to be done in your Sellbrite account, see the status of your listings, and retrieve sales data.

To Do Section

The To Do section reminds you of outstanding actions in Sellbrite that you should complete.

In the above example, the merchant has not created a listing yet. Clicking "Start" beside "Create your first listing" will walk the merchant through creating his first listing.

The To Do section also indicates that Inventory Sync has not been enabled in the merchant's account. He can enable Inventory Sync from this section.

The merchant in this example has never fulfilled an order from within Sellbrite. Clicking "Start" will take the merchant to his Orders Tab to create shipping labels and start fulfilling orders.

Sellbrite also integrates with eBay's messaging platform. Clicking "22 unread messages" will take the merchant directly to the Messages section in Sellbrite.

The To Do section will also show you other things you need to complete:

Unlinked listings are listings that have been imported into Sellbrite that are not linked to a product in your Sellbrite product catalog. In the above example, the merchant has 2 unlinked Amazon listings, 1 unlinked BigCommerce listing, and 1 unlinked Etsy listing. If he clicks on those notifications, the merchant will be taken straight to those listings so he can link them.

The merchant also has one eBay listing that has ended. He can easily re-list that easily by clicking the on the notification above.

The To Do section also informs you of orders that are ready to be fulfilled. The merchant above has 1 order that is ready to ship. Clicking the "1 order ready to ship" notification will take the merchant directly to that order, where he can create shipping labels and fulfill the order.

If an order ever comes into Sellbrite that does not have available inventory in a warehouse, the order will be marked as "unassigned." This orders are rare, so our To Do section will inform you of them, and provide a link directly to the order so it can be assigned.

Total Sales Section

At the center of your dashboard, you will see your $ Total Sales and Total Orders:

These charts show you the sales of your products by the channel. You can use these charts to see how products have performed over 30 days, 7 days, or the last day. This way, you can see which channels are performing best, and make adjustments to increase sales on lower performing channels.

Products and Listings Graphs

Further down, you will see your Top 5 Best-Selling Products graph. Knowing which products sell best at-a-glance will let you list more of your best-sellers across your channels, and increase sales.

The Total Listings graph will display the listings on your channels and their statuses (active, inactive, pending, ended, etc.). Here, you can see how many of your products have active listings, and which do not. This will allow you to easily see where the gaps are in your listings, and list everything you have available to all channels.

The Total Products graph, which shows you how many of your Sellbrite Product Catalog products are actively listed. More products listed typically translate to higher sales. So you can quickly see if you need to list more products in general.

Announcements Section

The Announcements section displays messages from Sellbrite such as new feature releases, new resources we create such as the 2018 Holiday Readiness plan, and more!

Recent Activity Section

This shows a running tally of the last 10 activities Sellbrite has performed, such as shipping labels that were created and inventory syncs from Sellbrite to your channel listings:

The Resource Guide provides assistance with your Sellbrite account. This box links to video tutorials and Help Center articles. Additionally, you can send an inquiry directly to our Support Team by clicking the purple "Help" button.

If you have any additional questions about the Dashboard, feel free to click that purple Help button, and we'll get right back to you!

Dashboard FAQ

Q: Why do my Amazon sales numbers look lower than expected?

A: Orders from Amazon will not count toward your $ Total until they are marked as paid by Amazon. This can take up to 24 hours after the initial order is placed.

Even though the vast majority of customers pay for their Amazon orders immediately, Amazon holds the payment in case of return or refund for a short period of time. This is why there is a delay in Amazon orders counting toward your sales total.

Orders that are in "Awaiting Payment" status will not be counted toward your order total.

Q: Why is my sales data in the Dashboard different than my sales channels?

A: Sellbrite uses Pacific Time (PST). So based on the time zone of your channels, data may appear slightly different, or be continued on the following day.

Q: Can I customize the dates that the charts display?

A: No, but you can run custom reports on Sales by SKU, and more from the Reports tab in Sellbrite.
