Enable your FBA Warehouse

When connecting an Amazon channel, there’s a toggle to enable FBA. That option is turned on by default, so FBA should only be turned off if you do not want Sellbrite to manage FBA quantities in the system.

The FBA option can always be enabled after an Amazon channel is connected. To turn on FBA:

1. Settings

2. Click Service Integrations

3. Click + Connect a New Service

4. Fulfillment By Amazon

5. Toggle the switch on

Once the FBA option has been enabled in Sellbrite, Sellbrite will begin to download your quantities from the FBA warehouse.

If Products exist in Sellbrite already, then Sellbrite will add an FBA warehouse location to your existing Products as long as the FBA SKUs match the Sellbrite Product SKUs. If FBA SKUs do not match Product SKUs, then Sellbrite will build new Products from the FBA SKU.

Remember, if you have FBA and FBM listings on Amazon for the same product, then you will need to manually link the FBM listing to the Product SKU with the FBA warehouse.

Sending New Products to be Fulfilled by Amazon

Sometimes, you will need to send new items to Amazon FBA that have never been sent to Amazon's FBA warehouses. Changes need to be made in both Sellbrite and Amazon in order to successfully do this.

Follow the four steps below:

1. In Sellbrite, click the purple Listings Tab > Click the checkbox of the Listing(s) > Click Bulk Edit > Select the "Fulfilled by Amazon" option.

This will change the Listing fulfillment type from FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) to Fulfilled by Amazon.

WARNING: Always change the fulfillment type in Sellbrite. Otherwise, you'll may create Ghost Listings and risk overselling on Amazon.

2. In Amazon, Go to Amazon Seller Central > Locate the Listing(s) > Convert to 'Fulfilled by Amazon'

Amazon will ask if you want to Convert, or Convert and Replenish. Select which option is right for your situation.

3. In Sellbrite, remove the quantity from the merchant warehouse for Products sent to Amazon FBA. Sellbrite does not update your merchant fulfilled warehouse in our system when inventory is sent to Amazon, so this must be updated manually.

4. Sellbrite automatically adds quantities to Products' FBA warehouses once Amazon has received the quantities.

Replenish Inventory for Products Warehoused in FBA

If you want to replenish the inventory for Products that already exist in FBA, follow these steps (This assumes the Amazon Listing has been converted to FBM in Sellbrite):

1. In Sellbrite, click the Listings Tab > Click the checkbox for the Listing(s) > Click Bulk Edit > Select the "Fulfilled by Amazon" option.

This will change the Listing fulfillment type from FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) to Fulfilled by Amazon.

WARNING: Always change the fulfillment type in Sellbrite. Otherwise, you'll may create Ghost Listings and risk overselling on Amazon.

2. In Amazon, create an FBA Shipment and send inventory to FBA.

NOTE: you will not be able to create FBA shipments in Sellbrite.
