Q: Can I connect multiple Shopify stores to Sellbrite for Shopify?

A: No, Sellbrite for Shopify (SFS) supports only one Shopify store. If you need to connect multiple Shopify stores, we recommend using the standard version of Sellbrite.

Q: I have a Sellbrite account. Can I convert it to SFS?

A: If you already have a Sellbrite account, you'll need to create a new account for SFS. Unfortunately, data cannot be transferred between the two, as they are separate accounts. This is also true if you’re switching from SFS to the standard version Sellbrite.

Q: With SFS, do I manage my products only in Shopify?

A: Yes, with SFS, all product management is done directly within Shopify. Any changes you make to your inventory or product information in Shopify will automatically update within Sellbrite. Learn more here.

Q: How are orders processed with Sellbrite for Shopify?

A: Sellbrite imports your marketplace orders and automatically routes them to Shopify for fulfillment.

Q: Do my Shopify orders count towards my Sellbrite plan?

A: No, Shopify orders are not imported into Sellbrite with SFS, so they don’t count towards your Sellbrite plan.

Q: Can I issue refunds with Sellbrite for Shopify?

A: Refunds are not supported with SFS. Refunds processed on Shopify will not be sent to the marketplace, and refunds processed on the marketplace will not be sent back to Shopify. Merchants must issue refunds directly on the marketplace where the transaction occurred.
