No. Sellbrite for Shopify supports only one Shopify store. If you need to connect multiple Shopify stores, we recommend using the standard version of Sellbrite.

Can I connect multiple Shopify stores to Sellbrite for Shopify?

If you already have a Sellbrite account, you'll need to create a new account for Sellbrite for Shopify. Unfortunately, data cannot be transferred between the two, as they are separate accounts. This also applies if you're switching from Sellbrite for Shopify to the standard version of Sellbrite.

I have a Sellbrite account. Can I convert it to Sellbrite for Shopify?

Yes. With Sellbrite for Shopify, all product management is done directly within Shopify. With Sellbrite for Shopify, do I manage my products only in Shopify?

Sellbrite imports your marketplace orders and automatically routes them to Shopify for fulfillment. You can then fulfill them using any apps you currently have connected to Shopify.

How are orders processed with Sellbrite for Shopify?

No. Shopify orders are not imported into Sellbrite with Sellbrite for Shopify, so they don't count towards your plan.

Do my Shopify orders count towards my Sellbrite plan?

No. Refunds are not supported with Sellbrite for Shopify. Refunds processed on Shopify will not be sent to the marketplace, and refunds processed on the marketplace will not be sent back to Shopify. You must issue refunds directly on the marketplace where the transaction occurred.
