If you are using a version of WooCommerce 9.X or newer, you may need to manually install the WooCommerce Legacy REST API plugin. This plugin needs to be manually installed on newer versions of WooCommerce.
Start the connection in Sellbrite
Select Connect a New Channel.
Scroll down to the Shopping Carts section and select WooCommerce.
Select Download Plugin.
This redirects you to Sellbrite's plugin page on WordPress.org. Select Download.
You can also get to this page by searching "Sellbrite" directly from the WordPress plugin directory.
Install the plugin
In your WordPress admin settings, go to the Plugins page and select Upload Plugin.
This opens the plugin upload page. Select Choose File, select the Sellbrite plugin file you downloaded, then select Install Now.
Once the plugin finishes installing, select Activate Plugin.
Connect to Sellbrite
Once the plugin is activated, you'll see Sellbrite as an option in your WordPress sidebar. Select it to open the connection page.
Select Connect to Sellbrite.
You'll be redirected back to Sellbrite, where your WooCommerce account will now show as connected.
