Sellbrite's free plan gives you access to the platform's core features at no cost. You can stay on the free plan indefinitely as long as your monthly order count stays within the limit.
Like all Sellbrite plans, the free plan includes a monthly order limit and reduced access to certain features, including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and API access. It also has slower sync frequencies for Inventory Sync, Price Sync, and order imports. For a full breakdown of order limits and available features, visit our pricing page.
If you exceed your monthly order limit
If you receive an alert that you have exceeded your monthly order limit, some pages and functionality in your account will become restricted. You will need to upgrade to a paid plan to regain full access. You can always downgrade again in the future if your order volume declines.
If you have a feature enabled that isn't supported on the free plan
If you receive an alert that you have a feature enabled that isn't supported on the free plan, you have two options:
Upgrade to a paid plan to regain full access to your account.
Disable the unsupported feature if you want to remain on the free plan.
