Edit Shopify listings in bulk

Sellbrite lets you edit your Shopify listings in bulk using Presets.

  1. Go to Settings > Listing Presets.

  2. Select Add Preset, or select an existing preset to edit it.

Your Shopify preset is made up of four sections, which let you update:

  • Title & Description

  • Out of Stock purchases (enabled or disabled)

  • Pricing and tax

  • Website SEO (Page Title & Meta Description)

If you've updated your product descriptions or titles in Sellbrite, your preset carries those changes over to your listing when you apply it. Just make sure your Title and Description attributes are mapped to the Title and Description fields in the preset.

Once your preset is saved:

  1. Go to the Shopify Listings Manager and select the listings you want to update.

  2. Select Apply Preset from the dropdown at the top of the page.

This applies any product data pulled by that preset, such as title, price, and description, to the selected listings.

Select Publish at the top of the page to make your bulk edits live.

Edit Shopify Listings Individually

If you only need to update a handful of Shopify listings, you can edit them one at a time.

  1. Go to your Shopify Listings Manager.

  2. Open the listing you want to update.

Edit the details you want to update, then select Save & Publish.
