How to Edit eBay Listings

Learn how to edit your eBay listings from Sellbrite.

Written by Holland Rocha

You can update your eBay listings directly within Sellbrite. There's no need to sign in to eBay to make changes.

Edit eBay listings in bulk

The most effective way to update multiple eBay listings at once is by using Templates.

eBay Listing Templates can be found under Settings > Listing Templates & Recipes.

Select eBay to create a new Template or edit an existing one.

Sellbrite offers multiple eBay Templates that allow you to manage different parts of your listings, including:

  1. Title & Description

  2. Category

  3. Pricing

  4. Shipping

  5. Payment & Returns

If your active eBay listings already have Templates applied, you can update those listings by editing the Template itself.

For example, if you need to update your handling time or return settings, open your eBay Payment & Returns Template and make the desired changes.

When you save the Template, a pop-up will appear showing how many listings will be affected by the changes. To proceed, select Yes, Save & Publish Changes to confirm and apply the updates.

If your listings do not have Templates applied to them, you can apply eBay Listing Templates to your listings from the Listings Manager page.

Edit eBay listings individually

If you only need to update a small number of listings, you can edit them directly from the Edit Listings page.

Open the listing you want to update, make your changes, and select Save & Publish.

If some listing fields appear grayed out or locked, a Template is applied to those fields. The Template provides the values for those fields, so they cannot be edited manually.
