Sellbrite offers four Etsy listing templates that let you save your listing settings so you don't have to re-enter them every time you list a new product. Here's what each template does and how to set it up.

The Category Template lets you select a category you commonly list under on Etsy and save the settings for that category so you don't have to re-enter them every time.

Note: Toggle Advanced Options on to see all available setting options. By default, Sellbrite only displays the required fields.

The first section of the Category Template, "About These Items," lets you identify what type of items you're selling using Etsy's three listing identifiers:

If you sell items that differ across these three identifiers, you can create separate Category Templates for each.

The second section, "Etsy Primary Category," lets you select the primary category for the template.

You can find your Etsy primary category two ways:

 
One of the most useful features of the Etsy Category Template is the ability to assign Etsy Shop Sections, Tags, Materials, Recipient, and Occasion for items within that category.

The Title & Description Template lets you configure your Etsy listing Title and Description fields so they populate dynamically whenever you create or update a listing.

By default, the Etsy Title field pulls from the Product Tag for Name, which uses your inventory item's product name.

In the example below, the listing title is built using a formula that combines multiple product tags: "Name" - "Brand" "MPN." Applied to a product, this generates a title like: "Bamboo 2-in-1 Fine & Flea Dog Combs with Travel Case - Bamboo 810191"

The Description field works the same way, populated by default with the Product Tag for Description, which pulls from your inventory item's product description. You can build a custom formula for your description using the same method used for the listing title.

The Pricing Template lets you configure price settings across your listings.

Pricing Templates use the same pricing rules available on your Channel Settings pages, but give you more flexibility: a template lets you apply pricing rules to specific listings, rather than every listing on your channel.

The Etsy Shipping Template lets you to set the shipping profile you want to offer on select groups of listings. You can also add your Etsy return policies through this template.

Both shipping profiles and return policies must be created directly in Etsy, then imported into Sellbrite. If you don't see a newly created shipping profile or return policy in your template, select Refresh Profiles or Refresh Return Policies, and Sellbrite will import them.
