Before deleting any listings, it's important to understand how deleting differs from ending a listing in Sellbrite.
Deleting a listing removes it from Sellbrite but does not remove it from your sales channel.
Ending a listing removes it from your sales channel, but it will still be visible in Sellbrite.
Note: As long as there are no open orders associated with a listing, it can be deleted from Sellbrite. However, we do not recommend deleting ended listings. Ended listings provide a historical link between an order and the product that was sold.
Each marketplace uses its own term for an ended listing. For example, Walmart refers to ended listings as Retired, whereas Etsy refers to them as Inactive or Expired.
