What are Listing Presets?
A Listing Preset is a saved collection of listing settings for a specific channel. Instead of re-entering details like pricing, inventory rules, shipping options, return policy, and custom descriptions every time you create a listing, you can save those settings once and apply them whenever you need them.
Note: Listing Presets currently apply to Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce only. For all other channels, use Templates & Recipes instead.
Listing Presets can be found by going to Settings > Listings Presets. On the this page, click 'Add Preset' to create a new one. You can also edit, duplicate, or delete Presets.
How to Create a Preset
Go to Settings > Listing Presets.
Select Add Preset.
Configure your preset settings — these vary by channel, but typically include pricing, shipping options, and other listing details.
In the Title and Description fields, you use Product Attributes to map product details into the Title and Description fields if needed.
Save your preset.
How to Apply a Preset
Once you've created a preset, you can apply it to both draft and active listings. This makes it easy to update pricing or shipping details across multiple listings at once. Here's how:
Go to your Listings Manager page.
Select the channel that contains the listings you want to update.
Select one or more listings by checking the checkbox next to each one.
Select Apply a Preset and choose the preset you want to apply.
Republish your listings for the changes to take effect.
