To create Etsy listings:

If this is the first Etsy listing you are creating from Sellbrite, you will be taken through a series of guided steps to help you configure your listing settings, such as: shipping settings, payment and returns settings, etc. This is a one-time setup.

The first step will be configuring your shipping settings. Etsy Shipping Templates can only be created in Etsy, so you will be selecting which Shipping Template you want to use. If you don't see your Shipping Template(s) here, you can click "Refresh profiles" to import any new shipping profiles you have created.

If this is your first Etsy listing in Sellbrite, you'll be guided through a one-time setup process to configure your listing settings, including shipping, payment, and return settings.

The first step is selecting a Shipping Template. Etsy Shipping Templates can only be created directly in Etsy, so you'll be choosing from the templates you've already created there. If you don't see the template you're looking for, select Refresh Profiles to import any new shipping profiles from Etsy.

Next, select the Etsy category your products belong to. You'll also need to fill out the About This Item section, which asks:

Once you've selected a category, you can toggle on Advanced Options to add details like Shop Section and Tags.

Select Save & Continue and you'll be taken to your Etsy Listings Manager. Your listings will already be selected and ready to go. Select Publish to Etsy and Sellbrite will send your listings to Etsy.

You can edit your listings directly from the listing page at any time. For example, to add a Return Policy, go to the Shipping & Returns tab on the listing. Sellbrite automatically imports your Return Policies from Etsy, but if one isn't showing up, select Refresh Return Policies to sync the latest ones from your Etsy account.
