This article covers how Sellbrite handles your eBay listings, inventory, and orders, along with answers to common questions about selling on eBay through Sellbrite.

You can import your existing eBay listings into Sellbrite so you can manage them going forward from your Sellbrite account. Importing also establishes the link between your Sellbrite product and the live eBay listing.

You can create new eBay listings directly from Sellbrite. Select the product or products you want to list, select Create Listings, choose eBay, and follow the steps to complete your listing.

Sellbrite lets you manage your live eBay listings without logging back into eBay directly. You can access and update your listings from within Sellbrite whenever changes are needed.

Inventory Sync is one of Sellbrite's most powerful features. Once you activate it, Sellbrite updates your eBay listings every 15 minutes with the available inventory of the products they're linked to.

Sellbrite imports orders from eBay and any other connected channels, primarily to support inventory tracking and reporting, along with some fulfillment functionality for those orders.

You can add shipment and tracking information directly to an order in Sellbrite. Sellbrite then sends that information to eBay, which passes it along to your customer.

A: Yes. Sellbrite supports eBay Motors. You can create and edit eBay Motors listings just like any other eBay listing, and a toggle lets you display only eBay Motors categories when creating a listing or a Category Template.

A: eBay won't let you remove the Best Offer option from a listing that already has sales history. You'll need to end and relist the item to remove it. Alternatively, you can set a Best Offer rule that automatically declines offers below your current price.

A: Yes, but all the products in a single batch must fall under one primary category in eBay. For example, if you have 100 products that all fall under Clothing, Shoes & Accessories > Men's Clothing > T-Shirts, you can list all 100 at once. But if 50 are Men's T-Shirts and 50 are Women's T-Shirts, which is a different eBay category, you'll need to list them in two separate batches.

A: Specific errors from eBay can sometimes block a listing from publishing. eBay generates these errors, not Sellbrite. See our article on common eBay errors and how to troubleshoot them for more detail.

A: If you have Price Sync enabled in Sellbrite for your eBay channel, Price Sync will update the “Buy It Now” price on your eBay listings to the price that is in Sellbrite. Since the markdown price on eBay may be overwritten with Sellbrite’s Price synce, it is not recommended to have Price Sync enabled in Sellbrite if you are currently using the Markdown Manager on eBay.

A: You don't. If you're seeing a size requirement on the parent listing, it means the field values were mapped incorrectly.

A: Yes. There's no limit to how many accounts you can connect, even if they're on the same marketplace or shopping cart platform.

A: No. Similar to inventory Sync, you should make product updates in Sellbrite first, then push those changes out to your linked listings.

A: Yes. You can enable the Scheduled option on the Edit Listing page for any draft listing. Bulk scheduling isn't supported yet.
