Etsy Shipping Profiles let you save your shipping costs once and apply them across multiple listings, instead of setting shipping costs on every listing individually. Learn more about Etsy shipping profiles and how to set them up directly in Etsy.

Note: Sellbrite supports both Flat Rate and Calculated Shipping Profiles from Etsy.

How Shipping Profiles work in Sellbrite

You can apply shipping profiles to your Etsy listings two ways: manually on an individual listing, or in bulk using an Etsy Shipping Template.

Manually add a Shipping Profile

  1. Go to Listings > Etsy to open your Etsy Listings Manager.

  2. Open one of your Etsy listings.

  3. Select the Shipping tab.

  4. Choose the shipping profile you want, then select Save & Publish.

If you don't see the shipping profile you're looking for, select Refresh Profiles. This imports any newly created shipping profiles that aren't showing yet.

Apply Shipping Profiles in bulk using Listing Templates

  1. Go to Settings > Templates & Recipes and select Etsy.

  2. Create a new Shipping Template, or select Edit on an existing one.

  3. Choose the shipping profile you want to use, then select Save.

Just like with individual listings, if you don't see the shipping profile you're looking for, select Refresh Profiles to import any newly created profiles that aren't showing yet.
