Frequently Asked Questions
βQ: My variation products have images, why don't they appear in my Etsy listings?
A: Currently Etsy variation images are not supported by Sellbrite. For now, we recommend adding your variation images to the parent product.
βQ: Why don't my inactive/sold out listings activate when I update inventory?
A: Inactive/sold out listings will need to be renewed before inventory can begin to sync. You can renew your Etsy listings one at a time, or in bulk from the Etsy Listings Manager page.

βQ: Can I connect multiple Etsy stores to Sellbrite?
A: Yes, you can! There is no limit to the amount of accounts you can connect, even if they are the same marketplace or shopping cart.
Q: Will Sellbrite generate SKUs for my products from Etsy?
A: Yes, but only if you choose to automatically build products in Sellbrite from your Etsy listings. Remember that Etsy does not have any concept of a SKU, so automatically building products in Sellbrite from Etsy will auto-generate SKUs. Learn more here.
Q: If I update my listings in Etsy (change name, description, etc.) will that update my products in Sellbrite and my listings on my sales channels?
A: No. Similar to inventory sync, product updates or changes should be made in Sellbrite first, then you can update your linked listings accordingly.
Q: Why do my variations look different on Etsy?
A: When listing your variation items on Etsy, Sellbrite combines the different variation fields into one custom variant per SKU. Learn more here.
