If FedEx SmartPost rates aren't appearing when you try to ship an order, it's usually caused by one of two things: an incorrect Hub ID or package dimensions that don't meet SmartPost's minimum requirements.
Check your FedEx SmartPost Hub ID
The most common cause is an incorrect FedEx SmartPost Hub ID.
Your Hub ID isn't necessarily the FedEx hub closest to your address. It's a specific ID assigned to your individual FedEx account, so you'll need to confirm the correct one with your FedEx representative rather than guessing based on location.
You can find the full list of Hub IDs on FedEx's website: FedEx SmartPort Network
Check your package dimensions
FedEx SmartPost requires a minimum package size of 6 x 4 x 1 inches. If you enter dimensions smaller than this, SmartPost rates won't appear as an option.
Make sure you've entered dimensions that meet or exceed this minimum before checking rates again.
Still not seeing rates?
If you've confirmed your Hub ID with FedEx and your package dimensions meet the minimum size, but SmartPost rates still aren't showing, reach out to Sellbrite support at support@sellbrite.com.
