If a package you shipped through Sellbrite gets lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file an insurance claim, as long as you purchased shipping insurance through Sellbrite.
Understanding your shipping insurance
Sellbrite partners with Shipsurance to offer discounted shipping insurance. This insurance is separate from any coverage offered by the carriers themselves (USPS, UPS, FedEx). If you purchased insurance through Sellbrite, you'll need to file your claim directly with Shipsurance, not with the carrier.
How to file a claim
Go to Orders > Shipments.
Locate the order you want to file a claim for.
Under Shipments, select File Claim.
