With Sellbrite, you can easily import product images using a Zip file. This process involves organizing your images, compressing them, and uploading the Zip file through the Import Data page.

  1. Organize Your Images: Create a folder for each SKU, and place the corresponding images inside. Ensure each folder name exactly matches the SKU.

  2. Prepare Your Zip File: Select all the folders containing your images and compress them into a single Zip file.

  3. Import the Zip File: Go to Settings > Application Settings > Import Data and upload the Zip file.

Some things to note:

  • Make sure your image file names don’t contain spaces. A simple structure like SKU-1, SKU-2, SKU-3, etc., works best, as images will be ordered alphabetically by default.

  • During the import, you can choose whether to delete and replace the existing images for those products.

  • The maximum file upload size is 50 megabytes. If your Zip file exceeds this limit, you’ll need to split it into smaller files under 50MB each.
