Sellbrite offers several listing templates for Walmart that let you save your channel-specific settings, so you don't have to re-enter them every time you list a new product.
Note: It can take up to 4 hours for template changes to reflect in your Walmart Seller Center after you publish a listing.
Category Template
The Category Template lets you select a category you commonly list under on Walmart and save the settings for that category so you don't have to re-enter them every time.
The first section of the template requires a Template Name and the selection of the appropriate tax code. Make sure your category tax codes are set correctly before applying the template to your listings.
Next, select a primary category from the options Walmart provides. Walmart doesn't let you drill down to the lowest-level subcategory, so choose whichever category is the closest match for your products.
After selecting the category, map the product conditions for that category to the conditions in Sellbrite's catalog.
One of the most useful features of the Category Template is the ability to map your category specifics in advance. You can create as many templates per category as you need. Walmart's defined category specifics auto-populate based on the primary category you selected.
If the products in this category include variations, map your variation attributes in the center dropdown to the matching variation category specific. This tells Walmart what your listing varies on when you apply this template. For example, you can map the variation attribute "Color" to the category specific "Color." You'll find your variation attributes toward the bottom of the dropdown, in the Variation Attributes section.
If you forget to map a variation attribute and try to list a variation product to Walmart, your products may publish as separate individual listings instead of a single variation (family) listing.
Any custom attributes you've created for your products appear in the dropdown under the Custom Attributes section, and you can map these to category specific fields as well.
Title & Description Template
The Title & Description Template lets you configure your Walmart product name and short description so they populate dynamically when you create or update your listings.
By default, the Walmart title field pulls from the dynamic tag for Name, which uses your product's name.
For example, you can build a formula for the listing title using multiple product tags: "Name" - "Brand" "MPN." Applied to a product, this generates a title like: "Bamboo 2-in-1 Fine & Flea Dog Combs with Travel Case - Bamboo 810191"
The Description field is commonly customized for Walmart listings. Sellbrite offers a few ways to customize it, depending on how much control you want:
Simple text: Leave the Description tag as-is. This dynamically pulls your product description into the listing when the template is applied.
Basic HTML Editor: Select Basic HTML Editor to open a tool that works similarly to a word processor. You can add plain text, dynamic product attribute tags, and formatting like bold text and paragraph spacing, without writing code. Sellbrite converts your layout to HTML automatically.
Custom HTML: If you already have an HTML template, select Source within the HTML Editor to paste in your code. You can still insert product tags using the Insert Tags button in the top right of the editor.
Options Template
The Options Template lets you set the fulfillment time, dimensions, components origin, and assembly locale for a group of listings. In each section, you can select a previously established product attribute, or enter new values in days, inches, pounds, or from the country picklist, depending on the field.
Shipping Templates
The Shipping Template imports your shipping templates and fulfillment centers from Walmart into Sellbrite. If you don't see a shipping template or fulfillment center you've created, select Refresh Profiles or Refresh Fulfillment Centers, and Sellbrite will import them.
Pricing Template
The Pricing Template lets you configure price settings across your listings.
Pricing Templates use the same pricing rules available on your global Channel Settings pages, but give you more flexibility: a template lets you apply pricing rules to individual listings, rather than every listing on the channel.
