If you are building your product catalog for the first time, refer to the Step 3: Build Your Product Catalog article.
If you already have a product catalog in Sellbrite, you can add additional products by importing listings from your connected sales channels.
You can also watch the video below for a walkthrough of the process.
Import listings from a sales channel
If you create new listings directly within your sales channels, you can import those listings into Sellbrite.
To run a listing import:
Go to Settings > Import Data
Select the sales channel you want to import from.
Depending on the sales channel, you may see different filtering options during the import process. For example listing imports from Etsy give you the option to include or exclude inactive or expired listings.
Automatically build products from imported listings
The most important option to consider is to Automatically build products from these imported listings.
When this option is enabled, Sellbrite will use the imported listing data to create products in your product catalog. If the imported listings use SKUs that already exist in your Sellbrite catalog, duplicate products will not be created.
However, Sellbrite uses SKUs to match products during imports. If the imported listings contain different SKUs than the products already in your catalog, Sellbrite may create duplicate products even if the listings represent the same items.
For best results, make sure your listings use consistent SKUs across all sales channels and your Sellbrite catalog.
