Sellbrite allows you to bulk edit product information using a CSV file.
The easiest way to get started is by exporting your existing product data from
Sellbrite so the file is already formatted correctly.
You can watch this video below for a walkthrough or continue reading for step-by-step instructions.
Export your Product CSV file
To export your product data, go to Settings > Export Data.
In the Products row, select All Data
Once the export is ready, Sellbrite will send an in-app notification with a download link. You will also receive an email confirmation.
Download and open the CSV file to begin editing your product data.
Edit your product data
Most product fields can be updated using the CSV file. However, product SKUs should not be changed. Sellbrite uses SKUs to match products during imports, so changing a SKU can cause Sellbrite to create a new product instead of updating the existing one, resulting in duplicate products in your catalog.
The following product data can be updated in bulk using CSV imports:

Updating Product Images
To update your product images using a CSV file, your images will need to be hosted online and have image URLs.
Open your CSV file and locate the
product_image_columns.Copy your image URLs and paste them into the
product_image_cells. You can add multiple images to one product.
CSV tips and best practices
Do not leave any blank rows, as this can interrupt the import process
Any field left blank will be skipped during import
Product image URLs can be used to update images in bulk
Categories can be used to organize products and create new catalog categories
Parent SKU only gets filled in for your child/variation rows, not the parent row
Always save the file in
.CSVformat before uploading
Upload your updated CSV file
After you've made your changes, go to:
Select Select File, choose your updated CSV file, then select Upload File.
Once the import is complete, your product updates will appear in your Sellbrite account.
