Sellbrite does not allow you to combine orders through our platform. However, ShipStation has a function that you allows you to merge multiple orders into a single order.
All you have to do is log into your ShipStation account and take the following steps:
1. Click the 'Awaiting Shipments' tab or the 'Stores' tab.
2. Select the orders that you want to combine.
3. Select the option to 'Combine Orders' under the Other Actions tab:
Combining Orders and Tracking Information in ShipStation
When you combine orders in ShipStation, you can create a single shipping label for the combined order. However, tracking information will sync to Sellbrite differently based on how the orders are handled in ShipStation:
Orders that no longer appear in ShipStation: Tracking information for these orders will automatically sync to Sellbrite.
Remaining order in ShipStation: This order will not receive tracking information automatically and will need to manually updated in either Sellbrite or the sale channel.
