Sellbrite keeps you updated on account activity by sending notifications directly within the app. You can find your notifications in the envelope icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
Selecting a notification reveals its details, which may include updates on completed data imports and exports, finished reports, channel connection errors, announcements, and more. If a notification is related to an export or report, a download link will be included in the details.
Messages
Just below the notifications, you'll find a link to your messages. Currently, messages are only available for eBay. If you have an eBay account connected to Sellbrite, all buyer and seller messages as well as system messages from eBay will appear directly in your Sellbrite inbox.
From your inbox you can read, reply to, and delete messages. Note that deleting a message in Sellbrite will also delete it from your eBay account. You can filter messages by status: Unread, Read, or Replied. New message notifications will appear in the app as they arrive.
If you already manage eBay messages outside of Sellbrite and want to stop new messages from being imported, you can turn off message importing from the Channel Settings page.
