How to choose the right Sellbrite plan

When selecting a plan, consider the following:

  1. Order Volume
    Choose a plan that matches your monthly order volume. If your order count exceeds the plan limit during your billing cycle, you'll automatically be upgraded to the next order volume tier.

  2. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
    If you use Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and want to make your FBA inventory available on other sales channels, you can add the FBA add-on for an additional monthly fee.

  3. Monthly vs. Annual Billing
    You can choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months and include a discount equivalent to 2 months free. Annual subscriptions require a one-year commitment and are non-refundable.

Sellbrite for Shopify (SFS)

Sellbrite for Shopify (SFS) is a specialized version of Sellbrite designed specifically for Shopify merchants. With SFS Shopify acts as your source of truth for product data and inventory, and automatically syncs data automatically to Sellbrite.

Important: Data from a standard Sellbrite account cannot be transferred to an SFS account. If you wish to switch to SFS, you will need to create a new account.

Managing Your Subscription

If your order volume exceeds the limit of your plan, your subscription will automatically be upgraded to the next tier. To downgrade your plan, go to Settings > Billing Settings > Your Subscription and make the changes manually.
