Reconnecting Your Walmart Channel: Security Upgrade

Sellbrite is upgrading to a more secure connection method for Walmart channels. This requires a one-time reconnection of your Walmart channel.

What You Need to Do

To maintain uninterrupted service with your Walmart channel, you'll need to reconnect your account by February 28, 2025.


​Steps to Reconnect:

  1. Navigate to your Channel Settings page and click the gear icon next to your Walmart channel

  2. Click the "Reconnect" button

  3. Follow the prompts to complete the reconnection process

  4. Refresh the channel settings page to confirm the reconnection was successful

  • Deadline: February 28, 2025
