How to Use Etsy Processing Profiles

Learn how to setup Etsy Processing Profiles in Sellbrite and use them for future listings.

Written by Jordan E

Etsy requires every listing to have a processing profile attached. Processing profiles set the processing time and "ship by" date for your listings, so buyers know when to expect their order to ship. Learn more about Etsy processing profiles and how to set them up directly in Etsy.

Note: Processing profiles can only be created and edited directly in your Etsy account. Once created, Sellbrite imports them so you can apply them to your listings.

How Processing Profiles work in Sellbrite

You can apply processing profiles to your Etsy listings two ways: manually on an individual listing, or in bulk using an Etsy Shipping Template.

Manually add a processing profile

  1. Go to Listings > Etsy to open your Etsy Listings Manager.

  2. Open one of your Etsy listings.

  3. Select the Shipping & Returns tab.

  4. Choose the processing profile you want, then select Save & Publish.

If you don't see the processing profile you're looking for, select Refresh Profiles. This imports any newly created processing profiles that aren't showing yet.

Apply Processing Profiles in Bulk With Listing Templates

  • Go to Settings > Templates & Recipes and select Etsy.

  • Create a new Shipping Template, or select Edit on an existing one.

  • Choose the processing profile you want to use, then select Save.

Just like with individual listings, if you don't see the processing profile you're looking for, select Refresh Profiles to import any newly created profiles that aren't showing yet.
