Etsy now requires Processing Profiles to be attached to your listings. Processing times and “ship by” dates help buyers know when they can expect to receive items from your shop. Click here to learn more about Etsy Processing Profiles and how to set them up.

How do Processing Profiles Work in Sellbrite?

Sellbrite makes it easy to apply Processing Profiles to your Listings. You can do this manually by selecting them in the listing page or by adding a Processing Profile to your Etsy Shipping Templates, which allows you to apply your Processing Profiles to listings in Bulk.

Manually Adding Processing Profiles

  • Navigate to Listings > Etsy to get to your Etsy Listings Manager.

  • Open one of your Etsy listings

  • Click on the 'Shipping & Returns' tab

  • Select the desired Profile and click 'Save & Publish'

If you don't see your Processing Profile, click 'Refresh profiles' and Sellbrite will import any newly created Processing Profiles that aren't currently visible.

Apply Processing Profiles in Bulk With Listing Templates

  • Locate your Shipping Templates by going to Settings > Templates & Recipes and select Etsy

  • Create a new Shipping Template or click 'Edit' to edit an existing one

  • Select the Processing Profile you want to use and click 'Save'

Just like when editing your listing directly, if you don't see your Processing Profile click 'Refresh profiles' and Sellbrite will import any newly created Processing Profiles that aren't currently visible.
