Sellbrite's Do It For You (DIFY) Service
The Do It For You (DIFY) service is available to Sellbrite customers who want expert help completing tasks that fall outside the scope of standard support. This paid service allows our team to assist with setup or configuration work you’d prefer not to handle yourself.
What the DIFY Service Can Help With
This service is ideal for tasks that require more time or technical involvement, such as:
Cleaning up or formatting product CSV files
Manually linking listings between marketplaces
Organizing or creating your product catalog
Walking through advanced features or bulk updates
Our team works directly in the Sellbrite app and platform. In order to comply with security and privacy policies, we will not request nor can we accept login credentials for your marketplace account (like Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy). If a task cannot be completed without direct access to those platforms, it won’t qualify for DIFY.
How the Service Works
Contact our support team to describe what you need help with.
We’ll review your request and provide a quote based on the estimated hours required.
Once you approve the estimate, you'll complete a short form to confirm the number of hours you’d like to purchase and agree to the terms of service.
Payment is collected upfront through a secure checkout. The service is non-refundable once this step is completed.
After payment, our team will begin the work and keep you updated as we go.
Pricing
